Section 3 – Products, Pricing, and Availability

Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors, specifications, and details as accurately as possible. However, monitor displays may vary, and minor variations may occur.
Pricing: All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on customer jurisdiction, and exclusive of shipping costs until final checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Prices charged will be those displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Availability: Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

Payment Execution: Payments are debited immediately upon order confirmation.

Section 5 – Order Processing Times

Orders placed on SERENZA are prioritized according to the customer selection at checkout:

Priority Processing: Orders selected with Priority Processing are validated, packed, and queued for logistics dispatch within 1 hour.
Standard Processing: Standard orders are processed within 24 hours.

Processing times operate continuously. Transit times commence upon package collection by the carrier.

Section 6 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ANTHONY MUFUNDU / NORD CORP and SERENZA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website unavailability, minor errors in product descriptions, or carrier delay factors beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, without restricting mandatory consumer protections available under local law.
